Task Information: The tasks you enter, your time preferences, meal preferences, and fixed commitments. This data is sent to our server to generate personalized schedules using AI.

Task Completion Data: When you use the timer feature, the App records estimated vs. actual task durations. This data is used to improve future schedule accuracy for your account.

Calendar Data: If you choose to add schedules to your calendar, the App requests access to your device calendar. We do not read or store your existing calendar events.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to generate and improve your personalized schedules. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. Task data is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate schedule options.

Data Storage

Your task completion history is stored on our secure servers to enable the duration prediction feature. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate schedules. Task descriptions you enter are sent to this service for processing. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling.

Data Retention

We retain your task completion data to improve scheduling accuracy. You may request deletion of all your data at any time.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
